Suggest Treatment For Hashimotos

I am 59, female, and have been diagnosed with Hashimotos; I am now taking synthyroid and my blood levels are within normal range. 25 mgs.I also have moderate osteoporosis. I continue to have ALOT of pain and swollen glands on the right side of my neck, behind my ear and all the way up to the crown of my head. Antibiotics are not helping (lots of doses!). I have had 6 sinus surgeries and the ENTS (several of them) say my neck ear, etc problems are not due to sinusitis. This is debilitating but no doctor has been able to figure out the pain origin. Have had numerous ct's and MRI's. I actually had teeth pulled to stop the pain! It isn't trigeminal neuralgia according to the neurologists. In the morning my hands are swollen and painful. I don't have depression or migraines either. I am a highly educated person and this is too frustrating as I want to get on with my life and be able to move without stiffness and pain. Your help/advice would be appreciated. (I had sinus surgeries due to spurs and pseudonomas, 1 concha bullosa)

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone carefully through your query and understood your concern.
As you are diagnosed with enlarged cervical lymph nodes at the right side, i would recommend to do a cytology of the lymph nodes and see what is their origin.
The treatment should be according to the cytology result.
Do you have any other pathology of the thyroid gland in ultrasound except of Hashimoto thyroiditis?

For a personalised comprehensive evaluation, treatment recommendations, or individual therapy, ask me at HealthCareMagic at this private link:
