Suggest Treatment For Gonorrhea Infection

Hi, I had Gonorrhea infection about 3 months back and I went to doctor for treatment. After my treatment, the infection cured and I started having slight pain in one of the vain leading to one of my scrotum. I do feel the slight pain whenever I think of the infection. What is the caused of this pain and do I need to go back to my doctor?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
You had not mentioned what drug you had taken for Gonorrhea and whether it was a single dose treatment or consisted multi-dose therapy.
Get ascertained your gonorrhea had been treated completely by an urine examination, if necessary a culture for gonococcal organism.
If it is not cured properly it might lead to complications like epididymitis.(Inflammation of the structure above the testes which continues as vas deferens. It is not a vein, but a convoluted tube.
Have a follow up with the physician who treated your Gonorrhea, he/she will cure this problem also.
