Suggest Treatment For GERD

My baby is 19 weeks oldd and has been on ranitidine since she was 9 weeks to combat her severe gerd which left her labelled failure to thrive. The last two bowel movements shes had have been paler than normal for her and im concerned about her liver. She weighs 5.97 kg now and is on 1ml of 15mg/1ml ranitidine syrup twice a day. Her urine does not seem dark and she seems in good spirits I just dont know whether to go to my doctor as I have not had any support from any doctors locally about her condition, she also has moderate laryngomalacia. Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
Giving Histamine H2 receptor (Ranitidine ) in the age of 19 weeks is not recommended, instead the underlying cause of the symptoms need to be found out, the most common cause of this symptom would be hiatus hernia and this needs to be tested, hope this information helps, take care.
