Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
In this scenario where the infection has still persisted despite antibiotic course, culture and drug sensitivity need to be done.
As you have mentioned that culture has been done and certain bacteria have been isolated, further drug sensitivity needs to be done to identify the most sensitive or most effective antibiotic against the cultured bacteria.
I suggest you to consult your treating doctor for further assistance and help.

Thanks and take care
