hello
welcome to hcm
well,if i were your treating doctor then first and foremost i would have advised you to get done certain tests so as to evaluate the extent of disease and the present status as it will greatly help to choose the drugs best suitable for you ..tests done to evaluate COPD includes --

(1) COMPLETE HEMOGRAM WITH ABSOLUTE EOSINOPHIL COUNT
(2) ABG i.e ACID BLOOD GAS ANALYSIS
(3) PFT i.e PULMONARY FUNCTION TESTS
(4) CHEST XRAY
(5) CT SCAN OF CHEST

apart from the above tests it is very important to perform a physical examination including auscultation of the chest and this is not possible online so i would advice you to visit a pulmonologist for clinical evaluation and evaluation of the reports of your tests...

as far as treatment is concerned, there are many drugs available for COPD and treatment is often individualized for every patient based on the extent of disease and clinical signs/symptoms,these drugs can be used singly or in combinations,if required...
hope you find this advice to be helpful
take care
