Dear Deepak Shah, Hi I can understand your problem of high BP. Incomplete data like the BP readings are not mentioned & for how long you have been having this problem. First of all I would like to say Meganeuron is not used in the treatment of high BP. It contains (Methylcobalamin, Alpha Lipoic acid, Pyridoxine & Folic acid) & generally used to help prevent a deficiency in vital nutrients and to treat or prevent some of the conditions that can be caused by a lack in them, such as nerve pain or neuropathy. This medicine is safe to use, however it can cause nausea, heartburn & gastritis. For your high BP I would advise you to consult a physician for proper evaluation and certain lab tests like fasting blood glucose (to rule out diabetes), serum lipid levels, kidney function tests and ECG. Your doctor may prescribe you medications like Losartan or Amlodipine for the effective control of BP. Hope to have answered your query.
