Suggest Treatment For BP Fluctuations While On Lisinopril

yes, I am being treated for low blood pressure and was taking 1/2 a Lisinop/HCTZ in AM and last Wed it was cut to 1/4 and today stop completely beginning in the morning. I was also today was given Cephalexin 500MG for a toe infection every 6 hours. Took 1st at 4PM and wondering is I should continue this new med. After taking 1st dose I felt very tired and so took BR = 103/44 at 7:45 PM and then a 9PM BP 94/43. Any Suggestions? Roy

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you are on some antihypertensive medicines then such lower of blood pressure may happen if you do not have hypertension, but in my opinion better to get done the blood pressure because chances of error could be likely if you do it your self, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
