Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic. I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
As I understand from the medications your doctor prescribed, you are being treated for
hypothyroidism. The drugs your doctor prescribed, one is a substitute hormone due to your low levels of thyroid hormones(thyroxin) , and the other 2 drugs are for balancing your blood pressure.
If I were your treating doctor, I would reconsider the dosage of Thyroxin.
Regarding the blood pressure lowering drugs, i would say that both, Concore and Arbiten are a very good treatment choice.
I would not suggest any other drug for treating your
high blood pressure, since you already are being treated. But, you could help yourself to control your BP by loosing weight, exercise regularly and reduce sodium in your diet.
Regarding your
creatine level, it is in the normal range.
You mentioned also that your
cholesterol level is high, but not the value. However, I would recommend you change your diet and lifestyle in order to help you lower the cholesterol.Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, chicken and fish, as well as everyday physical activity. Try to limit fat from your diet.
Hope I answered to your question.
Take care,
Dr. Ina Zaimi
