Suggest Treatment For Addison S Disease And Hashimoto S Disease

i HAVE PRIMARY ADDISON S DISEASE AND HASHIMOTO S DISEASE AND RECENTLY MY FREE T 4 TEST WAS SLIGHTLY TOO HIGH AT 1.8 MY TSH LEVELS ARE .008, AND I HAVE A PARTIAL EMPTY SELLA SYNDROME. SO THERE IS SOME BELIEVE THAT I MAY HAVE HYPOPITUITARISM, BUT MY NEW ENDOCRINOLOGIST THINKS MY SYNTHYROID MEDICATION IS TOO HIGH. SO I REDUCED MY MEDICATION, AND NOW MY BLOOD PRESSURE HAS DIPPED BELOW 60. CAN CORTEF WHICH I TAKE FOR MY ADDISON S DISEASE AFFECT THE FREE T 4 RESULTS?

Hi..Cortef can affect TSH levels and T4 levels , but the changes are very minimal..As your blood presure is dropping i think you have to increase the dose of cortef and Increasing the dose of cortef will not affect T4 levels much..Hope you got the answer..Thank you
