Suggest Treatment Fir Dizziness And Headaches

Hello I've been having a lot of symptoms lately, it started this last summer one day I got really dizzy and felt like I might pass out. I got scared it was from smoking somehow and quit cold turkey for 3 weeks throughout those 3 weeks it got worse. So I figured I stopped to fast and still smoke 1-2 a day, but now everyday I get super dizzy first time I went to the er they said it was inner ear and gave me antibiotics, I took them and went to an ent they said I was fine. But my symptoms are getting worse, dizzy, pounding heart beat when I smoke, even when I don't i get bad dizziness, sweats , feeling weak, I have low blood sugar and recently its been out of control also, I've been having headaches along with it all mainly left side of my head.. I'm scared I'm 26 and don't know what all of a sudden happened to me that I'm getting all these symptoms..

Dear I can understand your concern .
I would like to inform you that dizziness along with headache may be a manifestation of a type of migraine we call it as vestibular migraine . We need complete history to make this diagnosis . This can be treated with the same medicine as we treat simple migraine .
Apart from this it may be caused by any tumour or infection of nerve that help in hearing and maintaining balance. This can be diagnosed by MRI of the brain that will take pictures of brain.
Apart form this the most common cause of only dizziness is benign peroxismal positional vertigo. In this dizziness is provoked by change in head position such as lying down or rising from supine position etc.This can be diagnosed on the basis of history only and can be managed very well by medicines.
