Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of ear pain which is because of ear infection which sometimes occurs due to eustachian tube dysfunction as during blow you put excessive pressure.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may examine by otoscopic to check level of infection and may prescribe antibiotics amoxicillin or penicillin at least for 5-7 days. You should take steam several times a day. Try to avoid blowing forcefully. You should do warm saline gargles and apply warm dry compresses to external ear.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
