Suggest Treatment And Methods To Avoid Acidity

Hi my mother is sugar patient and high bp and recently remove the galadblader for stone after that she is now facing the high acitidy getting the more pain in stamac how to avoide the high acitidty and what she is eat in food to avoide the high acitidy, she is vegetrain and what is eat since morining to night please suggest me

For more acidity problem following suggestion can help you.. .....

Avoid spicy foods and oily foods...
Avoid heavy meal.
Avoid fatty foods and junk foods...

Drink more water per day..
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage ,cauliflower, carbonated drinks etc..

Avoid stress.
Eat small amount of meal and chew properly.
Avoid immeadiate lying down after meal.
Do a exercise per day...

At sleeping time elevate your head...
Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
