This is subrahmanyam and my mother has facing the problem with gasteric troblem and stomach becomes teight.

and some times head ache with serious neck pain. Can you help me what should we need to take care on food and medicines.

I really appreciate your concern, although you have not specifically mentioned the symptoms, gastric problem and facing problems does not create any sense, what kind of medical problem it is that needs to be mentioned very clearly, if this is the digestive disturbances like dyspepsia and acid peptic disease then it may cause the headache and neck pain so I would suggest to try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day, your detail query will be appreciated hope this information helps.
