Suggest Treament For Stiff Neck And Headache Caused By An Injury

Hi,I fell and banged my head on the pavement Saturday night, the side of my head feels puffing and swollen and the back has a bump. I had a stiff neck yesterday and have held a constant headache that I can't get rid of by taking tablets, should I go and see my doctor?

your have an obvious history of trauma on head and neck.........look if there are some scratches on head or neck you should go for in tetanus toxiod .....meanwhile you can some pain killer drug like tab panadol two tablets three times daily for 6 days...........
