Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi dear,
for quitting smoking and drinking first motivation is important.
and you are having pancreatities and fatty liver is secondary to drinking and so you have to stop it for better living.
First of all what you have experienced when you quit?
is there any withdrawal features or craving you have?
there are many medication for withdrawal and also for craving.
consult psychiatrist for detail history and mental status examination.
Thank you
