Hello
Thank you for contacting HCM.

To increase hemoglobin to normal levels you need to consume certain vegetable more which are rich source of iron. Iron is required in the synthesis of hemoglobin.

a. Vegetable rich in iron include:
>Spinach
>Sweet potatoes
>Peas
>Broccoli

b. Fruits rich in iron include:
>Strawberries
>Watermelon
>Raisins
>Dates
>Prunes

As the above mentioned vegetables include "non-heme" iron which is absorbed less efficiently than "heme" iron(present in meat products) SO foods rich in vitamin C should also be taken along with it which increases the absorption of non heme iron. Such food includes:
>tomatoes &
>citrus fruits

If you take above mentioned diet then it will gradually increase your hemoglobin near normal range.

have a healthy life.
Thank You
