Suggest Therapy For Vertigo Accompanied With Mild Nausea & Anxiety

For the past couple of days I've been getting a slight vertigo feeling which accompanies slight nausea as well as mild anxiety. I thought it may be allergies but my sinuses isn't blocked up. This feeling comes and goes and may last anywhere from hours to minutes. Smoking cigarettes can also bring this sick feeling on.
