Hello there,
From your symptoms it is evident that you are having urinary tract infection. You need to begin with checking your blood sugar control. If sugars are uncontrolled then chances of such infection is high and vice versa (when infection is there sugars can go high). At such times you may need to alter your insulin doses. Also a urinary routine and microscopic examination alongwith a culture sensitivity test of the urine is required to find the magnitude of your infection and to decide therapy. Please visit your physician who can do an examination and guide you through the treatment procedure. Till then continue to drink lots of water and cranberry juice which is helpful to reduce the symptoms.
Hope this helps. Take care.
