Suggest Therapy For Stress

Hi Doctor Keerthi, My name is W.A.Fahad, I was leading a very healthy life by the grace of almighty but since last two years, i have started feeling that i am going to have Brain Hemorrhage. It s a strange feeling but actually one of the veins at right side of my head pulsates very badly and i feel a congestion in my head. I often feel my head heavy. After consulting some physicians, they have concluded that it may be a Migraine or Sinusitis. Important: i lead a very stressful life where i work for more than 14 hours a day non stop. I work in media and i teach too and i am also pursuing my doctorate in film studies. above all my family demands too much time which i fail to give, and then also i get stressed. Whenever i get stressed the veins on the right side of my head starts pulsating badly. Can over tension lead to any brain tumor or hemorrhage? Also tell me how to deal with stress and lead a beautiful life.
