Doctor: hi

Doctor: Dr. Paul here. let me read what you have typed

kedarnathin: hi Dr Paul, ok I'll wait....

Doctor: his problem does seem compliacted

Doctor: since it is a posterior mediastinum mass, chemotherapy is best

Doctor: few non-small cell carcinomas do respond to radiotherapy too, discuss about it with an oncologist

Doctor: may I ask your father's age and where he is located?

kedarnathin: 59 yrs south india

Doctor: I would suggest you to visit Apollo Chennai or to CMC vellore and get a second opinion done from an oncologist along with a cardiothoracic surgeon.

kedarnathin: he has been to ct surgeon they said not operable....

Doctor: you can also discuss about his problem with our panel thoracic surgeon

Doctor: Dr. Rajesh Kaushish M.S., M.Ch. (Cardiothoracic surgery) and take second opinion on further treatment

kedarnathin: how can i contact him?

Doctor: I will provide you with the link to take consulation with him

kedarnathin: ok

Doctor: you can take e-mail or a phone consultation

Doctor: WWW.WWWW.WW

kedarnathin: ok

Doctor: visit this link to speak to our panel oncologists

Doctor: WWW.WWWW.WW

Doctor: visit this link to consult with CT surgoen

kedarnathin: well what do you think about prognosis?

Doctor: you can forward all his reports to YYYY@YYYY and we will send them to the specialist for review before he answering the query

Doctor: posterior mediastinal masses are difficult to treat and operate as many vital structures are in that place

Doctor: so going ahead with chemo and radio therapy would be the best

kedarnathin: hope he wil respond to chemo....

Doctor: newer techniques of 'gamma knife' and and other options are best discussed with an oncologist
