Suggest Therapy For Anxiety
Hello Doctor,
I was having a problem of OCD and anxiety disorders, I consulted a psychiatrist and my OCD factors are completely gone but still anxiety is disturbing me in the form of vibrations in my head and sensations in my body and these medicines are also affecting my sexual health. I will be getting married in 2 months. Can you help me please and advise me what should I do? Should I stop taking medicines?

- Rivotril for first 4 months
- Pexep CR still taking along with etilaam 0.25
- Resperidone for first 5 months
- Fluvoxin for first 5 months

I understand your concern and go through your query.
Anxiety disorder with OCD can be treated with medicine like combination of SSRI and benzodiazapine.
You have on pexep and it is SSRI. If you dont have full recovery then increase dose or change in medicine is advisable.
Etilam .25 is mild dose and can be given up to 1 mg.
Consult your treating doctor and get proper advise.
Behaviour therapy like CBT means cognitive behaviour therapy is also useful.
