Suggest Therapy For Alcohol Addiction

Hi, I had drank about 1 and a half mixed drinks with vodka, and finished my last one around 7pm. It is currently 12:13 am and am feeling anxious to the point where I want to take my xanax (alprozolam). I only take half of a pill, of which the whole pill is .25 mg would it be safe to take it now? I have been sober for a long time, and did not really even feel much of the effects of the drinks.

Hi,

Yes, you can take your dose of Xanax. The interaction between alcohol and Xanax is serious when the dosage of both is high. I do not expect any problems in the quantity you have mentioned.
