I have a lot of marital issues and though we live together we are like strangers in every sense of the word.. I have a short fuse which was not under control most of the time preciously but now a days \i try to keep it under control though i have to admit at times i blow up.. all these have been having an effect on my kids too..I find life not worth living but am carrying on till my girls have found their footing in life.. all said ,, i am very unhappy and want to find a permanent solution i wonder if past life will help me out of depression and also find the cause of my problems
Past life regression therapy can help some people with depression, but it is not a first line treatment for depression. It cannot take the place of medicines and is not as effective. In my opinion, if you go for it, consider it as an add-on treatment only and start taking proper treatment from a psychiatrist.
Best wishes.
