Suggest The Method Of Taking Magnesium Citrate

Hi I am Jose. Tomorrow I am having endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same time. I was instructed to have 1 bottle of Magnesium Citrate with 4 glasses of water. The questions that I have are; a) Should I drink the full bottle first and followed by the water or b) should I delute the bottle with 4 glasses of water. Then drink the hole thing.? I already did (a) . The second bottle s/b taken tomorroe a 7 am. Thenks

Dilution is not necessary. You can follow (a) tomorrow morning also. The instructions clearly notes "it should be taken with 4 glasses of water" not mixed and diluted.
