General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete data like her presenting symptoms.
Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) or open biopsy of the lump.
Enlarged lump in the groin area could be due to enlarged lymph node which may occur due to infections involving the leg or the foot on the affected site, chronic infections like tuberculosis, filariasis, or certain cancers like lymphoma.
She needs certain lab tests like CBC, ESR, Chest X ray, FNAC or biopsy of the lump to diagnose her underlying cause.
Hope this will help.
