Suggest Tests To Diagnose Syphilis Infection

hello I found out that I had syphilis about 2 years ago.i never knew I had it and when I went to the doctor they told me I wasn't the carrier I got one shot in each buttocks and I assume that was it I was having protected sex after I found out I had it but then about a month in a half later I had unprotected sex with someone that was disease free would I still have the infection

Two years ago , you were detected as having SYPHILIS but you didn't mention the stage of syphilis ( which stage , e.g. primary , secondary , latent or tertiary ) .
As you mentioned that you got two injections and there after did protected sex so many times .
1 & 1/2 months ( after ) , you did unprotected sex .
Now your question is whether you are having syphilis or not having .
So get in these tests for confirmation:
Nontreponemal :VDRL /RPR.
Treponemal :MHA-TP TPHA , TPPA.
Consult a laboratory and get in these tests.
Good luck.
All tests are not necessary , so consult your physician and get his opinion for confirmation.
