Suggest Tests To Confirm Pregnancy

I started taking birth control pills on Sunday, June 15. I continued to take them through Wednesday, June 18, so 4 pills total were taken. I had unprotected sex Thursday (June 19), Friday (June 20), and Sunday (June 22). My husband finished inside me each time and Sunday (June 22) I started bleeding, which I assume was from stopping the birth control pills. The bleeding lasted through Tuesday (June 24). I was wondering if I may have still ovulated during this time. According to my calculations, prior to starting the birth control pills, I was supposed to ovulate on June 17. I am wondering if I might be pregnant but am afraid I will not miss a period since I had the breakthrough bleeding.. Any help or insight you could provide would be much appreciated. Thank you.
