Suggest Tests To Confirm Pregnancy

I am a 21 year old female who had protected sex for the first time 6 weeks ago. I recently moved home so my diet and location have changed and i also traveled for a week. When i moved home the first time i had my period it was 2 weeks late. I still have not gotten my period and also took a at home pregnancy test and it came out negative. Can i still be pregnant or do you think it is due to stress and travel?

Hi, I have gone through your question. Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy, hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease, or can be due to increased stress level.
If your urine pregnancy test is negative even after2 weeks of missing periods, then there are minimal chances of getting pregnant, however sometimes the ovulation is delayed and hence the conception is delayed, and therefore the urine pregnancy test comes positive a bit delayed.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
