Hi,Welcome to HCM.
Oral sex and sucking the breast once carries very low risk for STD/HIV.You had tested for HIV six months before (six months after your risky contact?). So the possibility of HIV had been ruled out. By one year, STD would have manifested, if any. As you had no other manifestation not to worry about STD also.If you still want to rule out STD, test for Syphilis (VDRL),Hepatitis B and C, Genital Herpes,Chlamydia, throat swab culture for Gonorrhea, can be done.

Hey thanks for your faith in the health care magic.i have gone through your question and understood your problem.
Chlamydia and gonorrhea screening is done either through a urine test or through a swab inside the penis in men or from the cervix in women.syphilis tested either a blood sample or a swab from any genital sores you might have. The sample is examined in a laboratory. A blood sample is taken to test for HIV and hepatitis.A blood test also may help detect a herpes infection, but results aren't always conclusive.these tests are available in every standard medical laboratories
