Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello. I have LBBB - I have had an angiogram and it determined that I have no blockages. I have also had a Thallium stress test, an echo and another test whose name eludes me at the moment. My symptoms of LBBB were tightness in chest along with weakness radiating down arms and legs when climbing 1 flight of stairs or walking up an incline. It puzzles me that the angiogram found no problems with my heart despite these symptoms. The angiogram was the invasive type done through my right arm.Is there another test beyond - or better than - an angiogram?

hi some times LBBB can be non pathological or idiopathic,or due to some physiological heart musculature. without any ischaemic changes or blockages.
if echo, thallium stress test, angiogram are normal, do not worry,
but you have to go for regular cardiac check ups, electively or in case of emergency, if you have any chest pains with severe reduced effort tolerance.
anti-anginal drugs, antiplatelets and all related cardiac medications should be taken properly to prevent further complications.( as you are more prone for cardiac complications)
all the best take care
