Im a 25 yrs old unmarried girl. My problem is that Im genetically thin. My height is 5'6" and i weigh 45 kgs. I have no medical issue I have got my thyroid and othr tests done many a times but evrytime they comes out to be fine. Im quite active in my daily activities but still I dont gain weight no matter what i do. Can you please suggest any suppliment for me?
If everything is normal there is no need for concern for not gaining weight. In fact you should be happy because if you gain extra weight you may develop hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity and diabetes. However if you feel that your physical appearance is not good because you are lean, you can take foods with high calorie content such as meat, fish, egg, butter and oils daily so that you can gain some weight.
