Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can understand your concern. Buprenorphine is used in opioid dependence. The drug prevent withdrawal syndrome and once individual become stable on the drug gradual tapering of dose can be done over 6-12 weeks. Withdrawal from Buprenorphine is relatively easier as compared to opioids. Other drugs that can prove useful is tremadol. The drug is also used to prevent withdrawal. As you want to stop Buprenorphine then tramadol can prove useful alternative. Clonidine is used to prevent anxiety and craving associated with withdrawal.
Consult your psychiatrist for these drugs and you can quit Buprenorphine.

Thanks, Hope this helps you
