Hi There,
Nothing is "wrong" with you. First, if you are not on prenatal vitamins, please consider taking them since you obviously are not eating a balanced diet. I understand not wanting to eat in front of boys, but that is a small consideration in light of having a healthy baby.

Eggs, sweet potatoes, beans, lentils, orange juice, yogurt, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables all are good foods. Iron is typically low in pregnancy and assure that you get enough through food (meat, spinach, molasses) and/or vitamins and avoid constipation through fiber and 8 glasses of water per day.

I hope things work out well for you. Kind Regards, Kathy Shattler, MS,RDN
