Suggest Suitable Diet After Exercise

I am doing a serious workout program, its for 90 days. Im taking supplements from GNC, and was wondering is it to much to take 2creatine pills, and 2 CLA pills in a span of 24 hours each day, every six hours I take one. 6am i take CLA, 12pm I take creating, 6pm I take CLA and then 11pm i take creatine before bed. It is a total of 4500mg for 4 pills.

So much pills will cause ur kidneys damage. It may affect ur kidneys. Take healthy diet no medications or supplements. Taking milk, egg whites will help in same way. Include curds buttermilk in ur diet. Take sprouts or channa it will also give u prrootein which help to build muscle.take paneer or soya sabji. U can also u tofu or soya milk.this all will give u good quality protein helps to build muscle mass. Take fruit like apple orange no juices. Avoid pills .protein intake with workout will build up your muscle. Can have chicken in soup roasted or grilled or tikka form. Decrease fat intake.consult dietician with your height weight age and diet routine.
