I can understand your concern.
By your description, it is mostly stage 1 or stage 2 disease.
You didn't mention about size of tumour.
So it is either stage 1 or 2.
Patient is not having distal metastasis, so stage 4 is ruled out.
Patient is also negative for cervical nodes, so stage 3 is also ruled out.
So patient is having either stage 1 or 2.
