It is said that skipping causes utreus problems and affects pregnancy. Is it true?? Am damn stressed.please help me out.
As far as diet is concerned you must try to reduce fat in your diet and increase your intake of fibre rich foods like vegetables as raw salads, fresh fruits instead of juices, include whole grain cereals like broken wheat porridge or dalia (hindi), oats , oat bran and wheat bran etc. If you are a rice eater, then prefer brown rice/parboiled rice or partly milled rice to polished white rice. Use a non-stick pan for cooking in less oil and avoid eating fried and junk foods like burger, pizza, french fries and fried noodles, deep-fried snacks like chips/fryums etc
You can increase your activity by climbing stairs, dancing (if possible). Skipping is an intense form of exercise which raises pulse quickly. As you say that you have palpitations, you must avoid such forms of exercise. If possible you can learn yoga from a trained expert. That will be really beneficial for not only reducing weight but general health too. Think about it and if you need more clarifications, you can ask me always. Take care and don't get stressed.
