Suggest Solution For Frequent UTI And Grade IV Reflux

Hello Doctor, My Son of 1.6 yrs has frequent UTI and MCU shows grade IV reflux. Doctor s have said that open surgery for implantation of the ureters is a must. Should i go for it? and if so what are the precautions i have to take later after the surgery. Please explain if possible.

Better consult urologist for surgery before it affects kidneys.
