Suggest Significance Of Parenchymal Cyst In Corpus Callosum Region

I have been diagnosed as having a 8mm, partially septated cyst in the left medial thalamus projecting towards the third ventricle, which probably represents a parenchymal cyst. There are also small hypodense lesion in the left corpus callous without abnormal enhancement. Can you please tell me what this means? How concerned should I be?
