Suggest Safest Method Of MTP

I AM 29 YEAR OLD LADY WITH 9MONTH OLD BREAST FEEDING BABY.MINE WAS A CESAREAN DELIVERY.I HAD ANOTHER D AND C FOR A MISSED ABORTION 2YRS BEFORE.NOW I HAVE JUST CONFIRMED AS PREGNANT.CAN YOU SUGGEST SAFEST METHOD OF MTP I CAN DO NOW.CAN I BREAST FEED AFTER MTP?

You can safely opt for termination with tablets till 9 weeks of pregnancy under expert doctor's supervision..
Please follow the rules of the land where you live,regarding MTP procedure.

The process includes - Tab MIFEGEST 200 mg followed by Tab MISOPROSTOL 800 mcg after 48 hours. Usually , a course of antibiotic for a week is advisable.

The procedure is quite safe and risk free. You can continue to breastfeed the baby after MTP.

Also use of proper contraceptive method should be is recommended, so that you will not have unwanted/ unplanned pregnancy. Use of IUD or O C pills should be considered.
