Suggest Safe And Effective Ways To Quit Smoking

Hi Dr. Andrew, my 28th year old husband is a smoker and he wants to quit. I support him with this but he has this difficulty of quitting gradually from it. They say there is this patch which helps a smoker to stop craving to smoke a cigarette. Is it safe and effective? Is it expensive? Is it available here in the Philippines? he is addicted to smoking. yes nicotine patch are available. but it is better to consult dead diction clinic and take counseling. one should be mentally strong and determined to refrain from smoking. should have self confidence and support from you.
