hello doctor i am 25 years male. I have been married since last saturday. I have been unsuccessful to intercourse with my wife due to erection dysfunction. then, i have consulted a doctor and prescribed my injection testoviron 250 mg twice in a month,capsule gonadil f 3/day, tab. proviron 10mg 3/day, cap. andrex 40mg 2/day and tab. sert in night. please help me

Treatment of erection problem depend on the cause of the problem. It may be medical or psychological in origin. To diagnose problem detailed evaluation and investigations are needed.

Currently you are receiving some hormonal preparation, which in my view should be received only after hormonal investigations. Some poor sex education also lead to sexual problem in newly married couple, for that sex counseling is needed.

For premature ejaculation following measures will help:
-Daily jogging for 30 minutes
-Master and Johnson's Stop-Start Technique.
-Medical treatment with SSRI medicines like Serta under psychiatrist supervision.
