Suggest Remedy To Stop Early Graying Of Hair

hello ive had premature gray hair since i was around age 7 or 8. what do you suggest i take internally or use externally to lessen it. im 29 years old, female, and just recently i was told i have my red blood cells are smaller than normal and i have a low blood count. im going to get a another blood test done

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from premature greying of hairs as greying of hairs before the age of thirty years is considered to be premature greying..

It is considered to be caused due to causes like smoking, nutritional deficiency but is generally genetic in origin..

I would suggest you to consult a Trichologist and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and advise you medications that can replenish your nutritional deficiency as well as certain cease hair fall..

-You can be advised latest treatment techniques for grey hairs like Para amino benzoic acid and also Calcium Pentothenate..
-Avoid smoking.
-You can be given nutritional supplements like containing Vitamin B12, copper, zinc etc..
-Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
-Take antioxidant supplements..
