Hi,
This is common problem after delivery.
Due to child bearing period there might be having some more strain on back muscle and gaining some weight during pregnancy one gets this problem.
Do some back extension exercises daily 10 minutes in the morning and evening.
Do abdominal recti muscle exercise.
Reduce weight if you gained.
Take some calcium and multivitamin supplements as breast feeding might cause some low calcium.
Ok and take care.
