Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that your daughter has suffered from severe allergic reaction from the toxic substance injected by the fly/bee stung under the sting and the toxic substance has led to severe allergic reaction causing swelling in wrist and arm..

The treatment that you are giving that is anti allergic Benadryl is appropriate and will help in reducing swelling..
Continue doing cool compresses to reduce inflammation and swelling..
You can also apply Calamine lotion to soothe the skin..
You can also apply Steroid ointment for relief..
It can take for around 3 to 4 days or even a week for the swelling to resolve completely..

In case if there is no improvement or the symptoms worsen, consult an Allergist and get evaluated and a thorough evaluation can help..
She can be advised injectable steroid to reduce swelling faster..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
