Suggest Remedy To Prevent And Cure Heat Bumps On The Arms

I have bumps on my arms that only come in the summer that hurt and itch. I believe they are heat bumps from from sweating cause I am a construction worker and I work outside in the sun every week day. I would like to know how to cure it and how to prevent it. I am mostly get it where my arms bends.

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I would keep a possibility of Miliria rubra which can develop in excess sweaty conditions like summers and high fevers etc.

You could use a topical soothing lotion e,g calamine lotion, thrice daily. Bathing twice daily with cold water and staying indoors preferably in an AC, for a day makes a lot of difference to these.

An OTC antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg can be taken once daily for symptomatic relief from itching
