Suggest Remedy To Overcome Severe Hypochondria

I think I am a sever hypercondriac. I think/know I am terminally ill but my family says I am fine and the doctors have said this as well but I dont believe anyone. I dont care about anyone either and sometimes feel invisable...not as well no one likes me but literaly invisable as if you can see right through me to the other side as if Im not actually here?!?
