my wife is suffering from low amniotic flui. she is into her 33rd week of pregnancy. she is haviong little pressure-130/90. how can she increase her amniotic fluid. otherwise she is healthy and having no diabetes and other health problems. her due date is may3rd2012

hi she should keep a strict watch on her Bp and she should start on arginine sachets twice daily. she should take a high protein diet and proteinex powder in milk once a day. she should take plenty of oral fluids and coconut water. she should also get an umbilical artery Doppler to rule out iugr. take care all the best.
