Hello,

As per your case history of blackening of skin. The causes are mostly chronic sun exposure (as suggested by dark outer side of forearms as compared to inner side) and multivitamin deficiency.

My treatment advice is:
1. Avoid sun exposure. Use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30 once in morning and before sun exposure.
2. Take healthy nutritious food like milk and green leafy vegetables. Take a multivitamin supplement like Supradyn tablet once daily.
3. Topical depigmenting cream containing Kojic acid like Kojivit can be applied once at night on darker skin for faster results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
