Hello Prasant ,it looks you are very much involved about sexual thoughts.If a person watches too much porn ,it becomes difficult to have erection without watching new porn.Same way involving in group sex and indulging too much in sex lead to decreased erection with normal sex behavior.You need to consult a psychiatrist.I prescribe to my patients with sildenafill for few days along with psychotherapy.
