i am 19 years old,6 feet 3inches tall and i weigh around 54kgs am trying to put on muscles but i have miserably failed to do so is it because of low level of testosterone and yea i used to weigh 50 kgs b4 joining gym i did put on the 4 kgs in 3 months but wen i stop going to gym i lost 2 kgs i have started thinking that i am not a human am a strange being v strange. though i have a goood structure of bones with wide shoulders and long arms but i long for a muscular body please help me out
Hai, As you are 19 no need to worry. unless you dont have any disease weight is no ta problem.but more than gaining weight ,good strength and stamina is important .
follow the advise to gain weight.
take hygienic food. take food in regular interval. dont skip food timings. First eat protein nourished foods like Almond,cashew,channa,soyabean,peanut in your daily food intake. take diary product like milk,yogurt,chesse,butter etc. Add banana and tuber vegetables. jaggery,black gram,and dal prepared with ghee. if you eat non veg food kindly take meat and sea food once in three days.
This will nourish in a healthy way and gain weight.
Avoid taking hot,spicy,fried food and caffeinated drinks.
